Support contracts

Support Contracts are offered to all clients, you can be a small home office or a large office based company, and still recieve all the support you need. ITTS offer Support over Remote services and Engineer time on site. Most support work can be done remotely reducing costs for both our clients and ourselves.


Retainer contracts are a way of ensuring low budget support for your company, with a range of contracts strating from £6.50 pcm, we provide phone, email and remote support services, you pay a reduced rate for call outs and time onsite on an individual basis, you only pay for what you use.
